One Screen (Set up) per colour
To screenprint your design we will
make one film and one screen for each
colour in the print.
Try to keep the number of print colours
in your design to a minimum especially
for smaller runs; this will reduce the
overall cost.
Our designer can help with this.
Two designs on a single screen
reduces costs.
We can often get more than one design
on a screen depending on the image size;
Most commonly, a small pocket logo and
a larger back print as the examples below.

SCREEN PRINT SET UP TYPE
Two types of Screens (set ups)
both prices include an A4 film
and FREE Colour separations.
For orders over 20
1) Permanent Screen
(One time only set up) cost $55.00 per screen.
We will file this screen and retain the
design. There is only a small $20.00 set up charge
for future runs with this option (per screen).
Use this option if you will be re-using the
design in the future
2) Temporary Screen
(Single run set up) cost $ 37.95
Your design will be removed from
the screen after your order is printed. If you
wish to re-order the screen will need to be
re-made.
Use this option if you will not be repeating
the order or your design contains a date or
something that will need to be
changed the next time you order.
Supplying your artwork to GOT Design
We accept the following files;
- Corel
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Hi Res PDF's
Please convert all text to paths.
Artwork and images should be supplied at 20% of final size at 300 DPI.
Images should be saved a TIFF.
